I feel as if this is gonna turn out to be a long entry....


You know how some songs seem to speak to you? Well, I was listening to "There's A Fine, Fine Line" from Avenue Q today during my computers class. And this one part spoke of something that I really believe in.
"I guess if someone doesn't love you back, it isn't such a crime."
Don't you want your loved ones, whether they be friends or someone you think could be your soulmate, to be happy? If someone doesn't love you, even if it upsets you, you should respect that. If you end up loving the same person as one of your friends, you shouldn't let that ruin your friendship. You should just let the guy or girl choose who they would rather go out with. And no hard feelings, right?
A real friend wouldn't try to steal your boyfriend or girlfriend. You need to think... Are they really your friend? Or is it just a misunderstanding? Maybe they were ignorant to how they were making you feel.

Relationships are built upon respect, don't you think?

Soo~ On to another topic now, I guess.
Recently, I think it was last week, I got a new rat. Yays. My friend's neighbor got her from some person, but she developed a really bad allergy, so we ended up taking her. She's REALLY cute and sweet. She's all black and seems pretty old. Her fur is thinning, and I think she has respitory problems. I named her Lucy after Sweeney Todd's wife. Ever since we got her Twizler has been acting crazy. He chews on the bars of his cage now, and is always ready in the afternoons to be brought out. When I do bring him out on my bed, he looks for ways to get to Lucy's cage. He'll climb down onto anything that's close to my bed and onto the floor to get to her cage across the room. Ha ha... Rat hormones. When I let her up to his cage though, she doesn't seem to care at all. She's so over that.

Uum... Yeah... This was a weird week. We took the high school exit exams on Tuesday and Wednesday, then Thursday the periods were longer and I had a common assesment in Spanish. And today I took a unit test in chemistry...

Don't you love how I'm constantly switching topics?

I've been going to the gym more lately. I decided that in addition to losing weight, well, to losing fat, I want to gain muscle. So my mom and I have been going to the YMCA on our free days. That is, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and the weekends. My battle against the fat is weird though. The other week, I was at about 139 pounds, and I was actually able to maintain that weight while I was in Arizona. But about a week after I got back I was at 145 pounds again. Then last week I was at 142, and today I'm apparantly at 145 again. Ugh.... I don't think my eating habits have been that bad. I've been using caloriecount.com. I think I may have gained a little muscle, but not six pounds worth. I only started going back to the gym a little while ago. It's hard to find time with my schedule sometimes.
Oh, and I want to get this out of my system:
I HATE THE SCALE AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE!!

Seriously, both when I visit my gynacologist and when I see my endochranologist (I so totally butchered those spellings) the scales ALWAYS say I'm at 150 pounds. The other week it said 149, I think, but really...

Uum... yeah... I want to upload some art soon, but I need to scan in some stuff. I really like these doodles I drew during computers when the server was down. Apparantly my spanish teacher really likes my drawings... But I sit by two guys who draw REALLy well. Mitchell's alien is so detailed and professional looking, and Nyko's is really cute. Yeah, we had to draw aliens in Spanish. Mine looks like Piccolo. I like to draw, but I don't think that I'm very good at it...
